Resident & Fellow Forum

The Resident & Fellow Forum is the official council that represents all the trainees at Upstate Medical University at various leadership levels.

Our Vision

The Resident and Fellow Forum at the Upstate University Hospital is committed to fostering an environment that values inclusivity, collaboration, and empowerment. We believe every trainee should have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a significant impact. By working together with faculty and institutional leadership, we aim to ensure that the voices, perspectives, and ideas of our trainees are heard and influence the decision-making processes. Our mission is to cultivate a supportive learning environment that fosters growth, professional development, and well-being for all our trainees. We advocate for trainee well-being, addressing key factors that contribute to their overall success. Our ultimate goal is to enhance the trainee experience and make Upstate University Hospital a place where trainees can thrive and reach their full potential.
